• Sourcing the venue, taking into consideration the number of guests involved and the comfort of the travel arrangements.
• Thematic decoration based on “The Frightmare Before Christmas”. We assembled a Christmas market with games, Christmas sweets and an area for our grinch, with everything decorated in the most terrifying manner.
• Bar service and catering; cava welcome drink, spirits, wine, draft beer, and a selection of other drinks throughout the night.
• Our catering service provided canapés during the drinks reception as well as a buffet meal perfectly suited to the guests and theme.
• For a production of this scale, we offer an event manager, hostesses to manage the guest list and attend to them, and lighting and sound technicians.
• The entertainment consisting of dancers, entertainers, flash mob and a lot of terrifying characters.
